As part of our ongoing “Made by Humans” series where we go behind the scenes to meet the people who bring our mystery experiences to life, we would like to introduce you to our all-human customer service team. This is Katy, Thomas and Sherilyn. (Russell has recently joined the team and he is not in this picture.) These are the amazing humans who respond promptly, kindly and professionally to every email, phone call and text we receive.
We are super proud of this team. We have high standards for everything we do here at Mail Order Mystery but these guys go above and beyond. And we’re not just saying that. Take a look at the analytics dashboard for our customer service software. Our average first response time is 56 minutes and you can see that customer satisfaction is 4.95%. We want to make sure that you’re able to reach a real, helpful human who can answer your questions and resolve your issues quickly and efficiently.
We all know that sometimes things go wrong. Letters sometimes get lost or arrive out of order. Packages sometimes go missing off porches, arrive damaged or get returned to us for no apparent reason. Sometimes we make a mistake. No matter what went wrong, no matter who made the mistake, whether it’s Canada Post, USPS, us or even the customer, we do our best to fix it every single time. Our motto here at Mail Order Mystery is “Never Disappoint a Kid”, and this is the cornerstone of everything we do. You don’t have to shout to be heard here at Mail Order Mystery. We are here, we are listening, we are real humans with real feelings and we really do care.
My girls thoroughly enjoyed this series! Each week they looked forward to getting a new letter/packet in the mail. Not going to lie… I had to look up “hints” on the parents page a couple of times to help my girls crack the code. But the story line was cute, fun, engaging, and very interactive.
My 7 year old loved this mystery. Especially the last one with the treasure chest! The option to leave a real voicemail was so cool. He left a message and said “thank you!” He loved it so much!
