COVID-19 Update: Mail Order Mystery Temporarily Closed for Business

Mail Order Mystery is located in the Canadian province of Ontario, which is doing what it can to help check the spread of COVID-19 by shutting down all non-essential businesses. Though your kids may disagree, Mail Order Mystery is not an essential business. So we have temporarily closed up shop and suspended sales until further notice. With the situation around COVID-19 so uncertain, we are unable to predict when we may be able to operate again. Please make sure to sign up for our newsletter so we can let you know as soon as we have any information about when our mysteries will be available again.

If you have a mystery in progress, please know that we are doing whatever we can to get your letters and packages out to you during this difficult time. You can expect some delays, either on our end or within the postal system. Please check the numbers on the backs of the envelopes to make sure you are opening the installments in the correct order. If you are waiting for a letter we ask you to please be patient. There is no tracking information available for lettermail, so we are unable to tell you the exact whereabouts of a letter, or when it might arrive. But we are working on a plan to get letters out for mysteries that are already in progress.

If you have lost something related to your mystery, we can send a replacement when we return work. But again, we ask for your patience, as we do not know when that will be.

Things are changing fast, so thank you for your understanding as we try to get through this. We are a small business and we are doing the best we can for the safety of our employees and the interest of your kids.
