Important information on holiday ship dates

Due to extremely high demand, we have now filled all of our available ship dates through the end of December. You can still order a Mail Order Mystery, but the earliest available date for us to mail out the first installment is January 11.

If you’d still like to give a Mail Order Mystery as a holiday gift, you can download the printable gift note from our website and give it to the child receiving the mystery. Their first installment will then be mailed on January 11th.

Just remember, January 11th is the date the first installment will be mailed, not the date it will be delivered. We are a Toronto-based company and mail within Canada should be delivered in 2-4 business days. Mail to the United States is typically delivered in 4-7 days, depending on where in the country it's going, though we've seen US destined installments that have taken up to 10 business days to arrive. Please allow at least 5-15 business days for international mailings (bearing in mind that not all postal systems are created equal).
