My grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed working on this mystery case. I hope that I can order a new one next summer.
My grandson found the Spies, Lies, and Serious Bad Guys intriguing, fun, and confusing! He enjoyed solving the codes and trying to figure out all of the clues. He found the message under the stamp almost immediately, but that was a fluke. We spent many hours the last couple of weeks before school started, when it was too hot to play outside, working through the mystery. Thanks for such a fun end-of-summer activity.
The Treasure Mystery was a treasure to solve. My 8 year old grandson was hooked with the first envelope. He loved to solve the ciphers. This mystery created so many other learning avenues.
I got this for my grandkids (6,7 & 9) and opted to give them an envelope a day. They were enthralled, each at their own level, and loved it. The only downside was after they got the treasure box treasures they still thought we would be looking for the real treasure. Next time I may tell them it's just a game!
He was so excited we sat down and spent the afternoon solving the whole mystery that afternoon
My grandchildren loved it! They would tell me about every detail in the letters with much excitement and at first thought it was real!! Good job!
This was a huge hit on our family vacation! Our seven grandchildren, ages 3½ to 11, all loved it. The two oldest (11 and 9) dove right into deciphering the clues, while the younger ones (7 to 3½) were thrilled to discover a new letter each day and listen as the story unfolded. The twists and turns kept everyone eager and curious, and the look on their faces when the treasure finally arrived was priceless! It’s a memory they’ll be talking about for a long time. (As a bonus, it also gave them a fun way to connect generations—Grandpop’s Grandpop and beyond!)
We did week to week mail delivery. Kids enjoyed it. Would order next summer too for the higher level ones.
My 11 year old grandson, really enjoyed the arrival of his letters. He didn’t even know he was working on his reading skills and comprehension. His older sister even would check in on story to see what was happening and help solve the mystery.
Gifted to 9 yo granddaughter and did the weekly mailing as her personality type would have completed it in one setting. Her response: "it was really fun and adventurous. Every time I got a letter, I couldn't wait for the next one. I recommend everyone does this."
We’ve purchased 2 of the mysteries (SHOE & Treasure Hunt) and my 10 year old girls are obsessed! This has been such a great find and I just hope you continue to add more mysteries to your catalog because we’ll be back for more!
My 13 yr old daughter loved this story and challenges! She’s always been intrigued with codes and mysteries, this was perfect for her! Every new package was a new, exciting adventure and she could hardly wait. It’s been a great way to get her engaged into something that has her reading, working through solving puzzles and learning something completely new and different. We will definitely be doing more in the future. Keep up the great work!
I got the Case of the Missing Bigfoot for my 9 year old niece this summer, and she absolutely loved it! She would call me weekly when she got her next mailing and tell me all about it. She loved the bag at the end and took it with her on vacation so she could keep looking for big foot. Well worth the price for the fun all summer.
My 11 yr old grandson has totally lost himself in these mysteries! I loves them! Thank you!
I bought this for my grandson, he is 10, has ADHD and is autistic. He loved it! He looked forward to each letter/package, and it helped to keep him busy.
My daughter loved weekly letters from the characters in The Enchanted Slumber! She had a lot of fun and it helped her reading skills so much this summer!
My group of kiddos loved it. They ranged in age from 11-3 years old and everyone found a part of the hunt they enjoyed.
Thank you!
Amazing, granddaughter age 7-8 loved it. Waited for it with batted breath. Was able to be patient until the next in section arrived; learning delayed enjoyment- skills galore!
We jumped to Spies,... this summer and my 9-year-old granddaughter (who was cautious about the subject matter) was hooked. It wasn't always easy, which is good for her, but she was always confident that she could get the clue and move forward. She loves the ciphers, loves having a few elements to roll her eyes about, and really appreciated the joke at the end.
My son loves to read & solve things so this treasure mystery was the perfect gift for his 8th birthday. He still keeps checking the mail daily hoping another letter will arrive
