Possible Canada Post Strike - Shipping Options Available

This information only applies to orders being shipped to Canadian addresses. Orders to the United States are not affected.

There is a possibility of another Canada Post labour disruption, with the current collective agreement set to expire on May 22. 

Don't worry, even if there is a strike, we will still be able to deliver some mysteries. But the impact on the arrival of our mysteries will depend on which delivery method you choose:

ALL IN ONE BOX
(Installments packed together and shipped in one package)
We will continue to ship "All in One Box" orders using other carriers and we don't anticipate any disruption to the delivery of these orders. However, only Canada Post can deliver to a PO Box. So you will need to provide a street address if you want us to deliver with another carrier.

SEND WEEKLY
(Installments mailed weekly)
There is no cost effective way to deliver letter mail other than through the postal system. So if there is a labour disruption, we will have to temporarily suspend mailing letters in Canada. For any mysteries that are in progress, we will resume mailing letters as soon as any disruption is over. If you place an order and we are unable to mail the first letter on the date you choose, we will start sending your mystery as soon as mail service resumes. Or you can contact us to have it sent "All in One Box" instead.

If you are about to order a mystery, and are concerned about delays or interruptions, please choose our "All in One Box" delivery option. You get exactly the same mystery. The envelopes are all still personalized with the child's name and address. You can even sneak them into the mailbox for the child to find and open. The only difference is that we delivery all of the installments together in one box and these deliveries will not be impacted by a Canada Post labour disruption. And because you get all of the installments in the mystery at the same time, you can do the mystery at your own pace.
